Aaron Mitchell, MD

Lead Physician and Medical Director

Dr. Aaron Mitchell feels blessed to have been serving patients in Marion for the past 8 years.  In doing so, he truly believes that "A joyful heart is good medicine." - Proverbs 17:22

Dr. Mitchell is highly trained and gives God all the glory for his many accomplishments over the years.  He was recently named a delegate to the prestigious Methodist Hospital Physician Leadership Academy, designating the top 20 physicians covering all specialties in the greater Memphis area.  He has also led his current team to a Level 3 (Highest Level) PCMH Certification - Patient Centered Medical Home, and they have won recognition for being Hypertension Champions for excellence in treating blood pressure.  He was the Chief Resident while training at St. Bernards Hospital and NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR, and is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through true lifestyle change.  

Dr. Mitchell serves as the current President of the Crittenden County Medical Society.  He is Medical Director of the EMT program at Arkansas State Mid-South and periodically is a guest-lecturer.  He also serves as Medical Director for Elite Home Health and Dierken Memorial Hospice.  He is dedicated to the education of all medical associated professions. 

Dr. Mitchell is married to Rebecca, who is a pharmacist, and they have four beautiful children.  Dr. Mitchell lives in Marion, attends church at Bellevue Baptist, and is an active member of his community.  He has served on medical mission trips overseas to Brazil, Ghana, and Mexico.

Lindsay Gill, APRN

Immediate Care Nurse Practitioner

Mrs. Lindsay Gill has been a part of our team since 2017.  She loves acute care health, and she is our walk-in Nurse Practitioner for your acute care needs.  Lindsay enjoys helping people feel comfortable and thrives on getting you better...faster.  Her practice philosophy is based out of Jeremiah 29:11 - she wants to help "...give you hope and a future."  She is a cancer survivor, super tough, and she depends on the Lord as her Rock. 

Mrs. Gill obtained both her baccalaureate and Master's Degrees at Arkansas State University.  She graduated in 2015 and obtained her license and board certification.  Prior to being a nurse practitioner, she was an RN at Arkansas Children's Hospital Burn Unit, and has extensive Critical Care and ICU experience.  She is certified in BLS and ACLS.

Lindsay is married to Brandon Gill, a West Memphis Firefighter.  She has 3 beautiful children.  When not at work, she loves to play sports with her children and calls the Hogs in Fayetteville.  Lindsay and her family faithfully attend Marion United Methodist Church.

Angel Hamill, APRN

Family Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis in Women's Health
Medicare Patient Coordinator

Mrs. Angel Hamill is a board certified Nurse Practitioner who joined Mitchell Family Medicine in December 2019.  Angel grew up in Marion, AR and always knew she wanted to follow in her mother and aunt's footsteps to become a nurse.  Angel attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro to pursue her dream of serving others, and ultimately she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honors.  She has extensive RN experience in OB, including prenatal care, labor/delivery, postpartum, and bereavement care. Angel then obtained her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018, specializing in family practice and women's health.  She is committed to providing compassionate, Christ-centered, evidence-based care to her patients.

Angel thoroughly enjoys community service and community outreach programs.  She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Arkansas Nurse Practitioners Association.

Angel loves studying health, wellness, nutrition, and exercise. Angel is a proud dog mom to three Siberian Huskies: Luca, Ollie, and Nova. Her and her "wolf pack" run twice a day, and she is currently training to run the Star Wars half-marathon at Walt Disney World this coming spring!
